Last updated: March 2025

survAIor is developed by Alex Stanage. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data We Collect

survAIor may collect the following types of data when you use the app:

How Your Data Is Used

All data collected by survAIor is used exclusively to provide the app's core surveying functionality:

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device. survAIor does not operate any servers, does not use cloud sync, and does not transmit any personal or survey data over the internet. Data is protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

Third-Party Sharing

survAIor does not share any data with third parties. There are no advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or crash-reporting tools embedded in the app.

Data Retention & Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete all app data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data within the app. Deleting the app from your device will also remove all associated data.

Location Data

Location access is requested only when you use the GPS Capture feature and is classified as "While Using the App" — the app never accesses your location in the background. You can revoke location permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → survAIor.

Children's Privacy

survAIor is a professional surveying tool not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
